  • Abusive Content: Distributing content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.

  • Network Abuse: Overloading our infrastructure or engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service.

  • Spamming Clicks: Artificially inflating click statistics through any automated or fraudulent means.

  • Subscription & Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method (via Stripe, PayPal, etc.) on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any partial or unused period.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

5. User Responsibilities for Data and Compliance

  • Privacy Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including the use of Geotargeting, Pixel Tracking, and the collection of click data, complies with all applicable data privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA). You must provide your own legally-compliant privacy notices to the end-users whose data is being collected through our Service.

  • Link Responsibility: You are solely liable for the destination and content of the long URLs you shorten. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by links created by our users.
